Well I made the editor under windows95 but I used visual basic 3.0 so it
should be fine to run on windows 3.0 to 95/NT4.
The editor still has a long way to come, but it should be good when it is
done, please tell my what you think it needs, I'm thinking of adding wizard
and stuff for newbies, and I have to write some helpfiles for it. Version
0.1b should be up in the next few days, watch out for it (new name CEditor
pronounced sed-it-or.)
