Work has started to get a POSIX compliant thread API for DJGPP.  The
first try is for DOS then we'll see for Win9x and friends.

For now, if you get to Delorie's page you'll find two thread packages
lwp and the FSU.  The FSU implements Posix.1c API.  Don't know how
stable they are.
