The last version released is in v1/dj112m3.zip which is available from 
the same sites where you get DJGPP.

Note that go32.exe is not maintained for a long time now.  In general, 
you shouldn't need it at all.  Perhaps it is worth telling why do you 
think you need it, unless you know exactly what you are doing.
