You didn't compile the cc1plus compiler for C++ programs.  I never used 
djcrx distribution myself, so I wouldn't know the exact recipe, but you 
need to examine the Makefile to find out why didn't it build the C++ 
compiler.  Perhaps there's some additional target in the Makefile which 
does that.  Or maybe you should chdir to the subdirectory where cc1plus 
sources are (I think it's called `cp' or something) and say "make" there.
