Please explain more about what are you trying to accomplish.

In general, DJGPP doesn't require an extender, and it doesn't support
COM executables.  However, if your source is in assembly, you can use
the `djasm' program to assemble it into a small executable (I think
it supports COM format, but I'm not sure).
