What Eli says is 100% OK, I just want to mention that I'm the maintainer of
the RHTVision library (used by RHIDE) and NT *is not* a supported target. You
can work using -M and I know about a lot of people that makes that but I
don't have NT and I don't plan to buy NT so any problems related to NT should
be solved by NT users and sent as a diff to me. I have a guess about what's
wrong in NT's mouse driver emulation, but again: don't have access and much
interest in NT. So if somebody really wants the mouse working 100% ok in NT
should consider to download and fix the library to workaround the NT problem.
