Wait a minute, what ``and so on...''?  I don't think there are any
other files with the same name and directory.  If there are, please
post the names here.

Keep gxx.exe from gpp281b and any one of the two cxxfilt.  It isn't
important which cxxfilt you keep, since they are almost identical at
the user level.  As a matter of fact, even the two gxx.exe are fairly
similar as far as the user is concerned, but the one from gpp281b is
better.
