With the single exception of CWSDPMI (csdpmi4b.zip), all the rest of the 
archives from the core DJGPP distribution, i.e. the compiler, Binutils, 
headers and libraries, Make and most of the GNU development tools were 
ALL updated during 1998 and 1999.  If you have files older than 1 January 
1998, you surely need to look on SimTel.NET for updated stuff, and in 
most cases you will find a new version there.
