There is an IDE that comes with RSXNTDJ. I do not use it or rhIDE, so can't
really say which might be better. One thing it definitely does not have is
OWL. And, if you want to use C++, stabs has to be enabled, and I think a
couple of other little adjustments are needed. I had trouble getting it to
work, but didn't spend a whole lot of time on it, either.

Perhaps someone using C++ with RSXNTDJ could write a little HOW-TO?
