I had the "socket.h" and many other Lib's but I have lost them. 
It was my fault because I had destructed my 250MB DJGPP-Partition. 

But you can find them with "FAST FTP Search v.4.0":

        http://ftpsearch.lycos.com/

You will get 1000's of locations.  :-O
