I would like to announce htmlhead v0.1b utility.

This program was written to assist me maintaining my website. Hopefully it
will also help you.

If, like me, you hate maintaining you website. Keeping the header and footer
of each page upto date can be a chore. Thats where this program can help.

htmlhead takes a source directory and processes each file (of a specified
type) and appends a header and footer file to it. It then proceeds down the
directory tree processing each file in turn (including subdirecories).

This allows you to change the look of your website quickly and easily, it
can also update only those files that have been changed.

You can also use the program to add common headers and footers to any set of
text based files. You could add copyright/left information to all you .c
files in your tree for instance. This could potentially save you alot of
time.

Please be aware that this is the first version and there may be bugs in it.
Backup any files that might be overwritten before you run the program.

You can find the program on my website http://www.reggin.freeserve.co.uk/
complete with full sources and README. I must warn you that it is not an
example of well written code ;-), more of a quick hack.

Any comments/critism/bugs can be sent to me at mike AT reggin DOT freeserve DOT co DOT uk

BTW, I couldn't think of a better name.
