This is really off topic for a djgpp group: comp.graphics.algorithms 
would be a much better place to ask.

But to answer your question, "Computer Graphics, Principles and 
Practice", by Foley & Van Damme, is a great reference, and you 
should also read the DDJ articles by Michael Abrash
(ftp://x2ftp.oulu.fi/pub/msdos/programming/docs/). There are plenty 
of examples around on the net: look at the Allegro sources, or any 
of the couple of million polygon rasterisers on x2ftp.oulu.fi.
