*Any* DJGPP-built programs, or just some?

For example, does go32-v2.exe (which comes with djdev202.zip package)
work, or does it also reboot the machine?

Either a bug in the program itself (hello world programs can also have
bugs) that goes uncaught on NT, or some problem with your
installation. Please post the source of the hello world program, and
if go32-v2.exe also reboots, please also post the contents of
AUTOREXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS from the offending machine.
