Well, the OS is, obviously, Windows 95. The hardware is 
a Toshiba Portege 7010CT with 64 mb of RAM, four GB disk, 
and a Xircom 10/100 card bus ethernet adapter.  I don't
know where to begin to look at this other than the card, 
and even then I am not sure where to go.
