You can do that with libc-2.02.dvi, and *then* generate the PostScript
output.  Download and install the seetexk distribution (URL below) and
use the `dvitodvi' program in there to rearrange the libc docs into a
2-up (or even 4-up ;-) document.  Then run `dvips' again and print it.
