Yes.  And this memory cannot be deallocated, since the program
terminates by issuing Int 21h/AH=4Ch IN PROTECTED MODE.  The DPMI host
is the only one who can deallocate that memory.

Btw, the number 0x29 above is DPMI host-dependent, the host returns it
when you call Int 2Fh/AX=1687h.
