App 1 would have to allocate memory to store them, pass that information to app 2, have app 2 store that information before exit. A whole new communication interface and associated bloat, to work around a Windows Bug. Sure, anything's possible if you hack long enough. Of course it won't work with any 2.02 or older programs, so you have to add compatibility handling too. Isn't it nice to know you PAID for such buggy software?
