The docs explain how to install the tools and how to compile simple
programs.  If you need help in learning the C language, I suggest to
look up some books in your local bookstore.  Then read the file
readme.1st which comes with the djdev202.zip archive, it explains in
the section named "Getting Started" how to compile simple programs.
