Have you compiled allegro?

: 2. What is *.o file for ? How to make it?

What .o file?

A .c (c source code) file is compiled to form a .o (object) file,
which then is linked (perhaps with other .o files and libraries (.a
files)) to form the executable (in *DOZE .EXE files).

Example: "gcc -c my_code.c -o mycode.o -Wall".
