As I recall, Windows stuff doesn't exactly like AUTOEXEC.BAT.... maybe
all you need to do is reboot... or maybe, all  you need to do is modify
some stinking register---versions of Win95 are very confusing... but
somehow, I don't think the set djgpp is being set.  I'm sorry, but
Windows isn't my specialty.
