Even though you have already gotten an answer to this, I thought I'd give a
slightly better one...
www.delorie.com/djgpp does not work.
delorie.com's server sucks and will only respond to
www.delorie.com/djgpp/
NOTICE the ending '/' it IS REQUIRED.
