Take a look to the %DJDIR%/info directory (c:\djgpp\info). I think you 
uncompressed *with* LFNs and the file is then called libc.info so in plian 
DOS *without* LFNs you'll see it like that libc~1.inf. If that's the case 
reinstall all *without* LFNs. 
Don't mix the things if you won't use LFNs uncompress without LFNs.
