Of course there is. The 'Appendices to C89' are actually one
Amendment, and two 'Technical Corrigenda'. For C9x, there's only a
'considered-final' draft being circulated to the national
standardization bodies, as of yet.

That's the somewhat official home page of the working group for C9x,
and there's also a link under which the two Technical Corrigenda can
be found.
