have a look in the rsxntdj/doc directory, especially
readme.exe.
the -Zwin32 option isn't normally an option under gcc it is 
defined switch added by doing a gcc -v whist in the 
rsxntdj/lib directory, edit the file specs first to
have the correct directories, read specs.txt it should tell
you all about it.
