I find it hard to believe that this is the exact error message: it
should either say -lalleg, or liballeg.a, but not both combined. If
that really is what it says, you've probably typed the wrong thing
into the libraries box: it should just be "alleg".

Otherwise, you most likely haven't installed Allegro. Did you run
make in the Allegro dir? If not, see the instructions in readme.txt.
