People are entitled to post here in languages other than English.
Those who do so must realize that they will get much less efficient
help, but if they cannot express themselves in English, I don't think
it is fair to tell them not to post at all.

Please avoid mocking foreign cultures or expressing any negative
feelings you might have for them.  Such language is inappropriate
here (or anywhere else, if you ask me).
