Make sure that the path is correct.  You might have multiple drives and
extracted DJGPP into another drive and/or directory.  Also make sure that
you extracted the files using the -d (expand directories) option.  Also, it
appears that you have no other path info.  If so, remove the ";%path%" to
save 6 bytes HD space.  If everything is correct, then it is probably
something more serious that I can't deal with.
