If it's part of the djgpp project, it wouldn't be spam on the djgpp
forum.  "spam" means stuff that was sent to the djgpp forum for no
particular reason other than it was an address to send stuff to,
rather than choosing the djgpp forum because the message was related
to the djgpp project.

There's nothing wrong with a post like "Hey, I'm working on a djgpp
web site at http://whatever that does XYZ, could someone check it out
and offer suggestions for stuff I could add?"
