I'd be glad to build/maintain such a site.  I'm in college right now, so I
have enough free time on the computer to update it daily (or every other day
at least) and it would be a pleasure to help the DJGPP community.  I can do
the html also, maybe people could post some ideas about what format they'd
like to see for the page and other suggestions.
