Download Allegro from http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro/, install
it by following the instructions in readme.txt, and then look up the
load_pcx() function in the docs, and the ex15.c example program. Or
you could just look at the Allegro pcx.c source file to see how this
is done...
