Since it's nearly impossible to choose the "right" packages to please
everyone, and since packages are updated independent of each other, we
can't provide one zip that will satisfy you.  However, I've written a
script that will tell you what you do need to download:

	http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html

The reason I can't package it up for you on the fly is because my
network connection can't handle that much data; the zip picker points
you at an FTP site near you (hopefully) to get the zips.
