Does rsxntdj compiles c++ code?
Also, what is the newest version of it. I couldn't find its webpage but I
know the version that comes with djgpp is out of date.

(or directory) under \RSXNTDJ named DOC or something. You'll find the
documentation files there. Read all of them *carefully*.

file in \DJGPP\BIN.

up the documentation for concise details on installing RSXNTDJ. Also, I've
heard of quite a lot of people having problems installing and using RSXNTDJ
so my solution may still not help you out much but I hope you can get it
working easily.
