If you mean MS-DOS Borland or Microsoft, no.  DJGPP is a 32-bit =
protected mode compiler, while Borland and Microsoft make only 16-bit =
real mode compilers (although Borland does offer a 32-bit protected mode =
package, it really sucks).  Any ANSI C code you write will be =
compatible, but non-ANSI C code (Borland or Microsoft specific =
command/instructions/functions) will not compile under DJGPP unless you =
implement them yourself.
