I don't think there is any installation utility, you just unzip the
.zip-files in the directory where you want DJGPP to be installed. If you're
using pkunzip, remember to turn on the -d switch to preserve the directory
structure. Like this:

c:\djgpp\> pkunzip -d gcc???.zip
