	I have windows 98 and am having problems with RHIDE, each time I go to
open a new file, it starts in the c:\windows\desktop\ directory.
	Also when I compile, the files dont go to the \bin directory, they go
to the Windows\Desktop directory.  I have no idea why, I did the proper
things in the autoexec.bat file adding the 2 lines, which brings me to
another point, there are hardly any commands in the autoexec.bat file,
and I wonder if it is even getting read.  My config.sys has no commands.
	Can anyone help please.
