  I don't exactly know... But Windows 95 is of course the product of Microsoft.
And, I know DOS/V is not. 
  By the way, I thought DOS/V is made because some people wanted to use Japanese
under *English* MS-DOS. So, I guess Microsoft is using a little bit different
approach to it.
