Try ftp://ftp.ice.rug.nl/pub/documents for a C++ manual written for a
university course. Several zip files are available for different
document formats (I suggest either .ps or .pdf to retain the formatting
intended by the authors). Download and read off-line. For DJGPP the FAQ,
Info, and README files of the distribution plus this list are probably
your best source of information.
