Nope, not on WINDOZE 4.1 (98). It says "Windows 98 ... 4.10.1998]".
How do you get the real dos version (something like 7.1 or 7.10)?

Yes. And for fun try to do "format /u a:" on a write-protected floppy in
bash under WINDOZE 4.1. Make sure to save everything first.
