Well I have to look at this problem slightly more as with latest egcs 
snapshot I'm getting errors instead of warnings there. The problem is
with stddef.h which come in directory gcc/ginclude with gcc. Currently
this file is incompatible with DJGPP however with gcc-2.8.1 and egcs-1.1.1
we're getting only warnings but nothing harmfull. One of the possibility
would be to modify fixinc.djgpp to make DJGPP header files more compatible.
