You should *never* edit DJGPP.ENV!  I suggest to unzip the original 
version from djdev202.zip, before trying anything else, as some seemingly 
innocent changes to DJGPP.ENV can subtly break your setup.

As for the real problem.  Type the following from the DOS prompt, then 
post here the contents of the file env.txt created by this command:

	set > env.txt

Somebody will spot the trouble for you, based on the contents of that 
file.
