Gcc is a "DOS command line compiler" this mean that you have to run
a windows dos box to compile your C programms
There are no interface with the basic pakage (but in fact you don't 
realy need it !!! )

to compile just use this basis command : gcc foo.c -o foo
(in a windows dos box of course !!! )
