It could be a random bug, RHIDE corrupting itself for example.

What RHIDE version are you using? Try the last one, perhaps it home less bugs
(or at least others ;-))
One interesting thing: Robert should implement an autosave feature when RHIDE
gets a SIGSEGV. I implemented it in the standalone editor and it saved me
from typing again a letter at least ones.
