Are you sure you are using the latest Make binaries?  The last DJGPP
port is of version 3.77, and make.exe is dated August 14, 1998.  This
version should not trigger ``modification time in the future''
messages, unless the file is on a networked drive, and the server
which exports that drive has a skewed clock.
