  The GRX23 graphics program comes with all the files to make a library.
Go to the
src subdirectory of the GRX23 directory and type:
     make -f makefile.dj2
This will make a library called libgrx20.a. When through compiling (takes
about 15 min) move libgrx20.a  to the drive:\djgpp\lib directory.
Also read the enclosed documentation.
