Please post the exact description of what does ``the exe is bad''
mean.  If the program crashes, post a symified traceback.  If there
are other strange phenomena when you run programs compiled on your
machine, please describe these phenomena in detail.

It is best to use the simplest hello world program (in C, not C++) as
the testbed for such problems (provided that every program compiled on
your machine exhibits the same problems).
