I've started to teach myself C++ from Stroustrup (3rd ed.), and I've run
into a problem: there is no <limits> header file. I realize I could use
<limits.h> instead, but what I really wanted was numeric_limits.

I checked the mail archives and found somebody else complaining about
the same thing, but as far as I could tell, nobody posted a satisfactory
answer.

I'm pretty sure I've installed everything correctly. Is there some
special reason <limits> isn't there? I thought it was part of the
standard.

Thanks,
Michael
