I can compile and run C programs without any
problems.
I can not however get C++ to work. I have
used the following extensions( .cpp && .cc ). The
program
I am trying to compile is

#include <iostream.h>

int main() {
  cout << "Hello.\n";
  return 0;
}

tried to compile in the following manners:
  gcc first.cpp
 &&
  gcc -c first.cpp
  gcc -o first.exe first.o

and I get this error for both...
d:/c/tmp\cccaeu4l(.text+0x16):first.cc: undefined
reference to `cout'
d:/c/tmp\cccaeu4l(.text+0x1b):first.cc: undefined
reference to `ostream::operator<<(char const *)'

gxx is nowhere to be found.

i have unzipped the following files to my D:\C
directory...
  bnu281b.zip	 1,852KB
  csdpmi4b.zip	    41KB
  djdev201.zip	 1,503KB
  gcc281b.zip	 1,307KB
  gpp2721.zip	   666KB
  lgp271b.zip	   624KB
  txi390b.zip	   456KB

i set my djgpp.env variable and modified my path.
I am using NT 4.0.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks ahead of time...
