I have a tutor for Turbo C++. All it is is some examples and some text. It is
primarily geared toward Borland Turbo C++, but it is still a good resource to get you
started. If you want me to, I'll e-mail you a copy. Specify which archiver to use,
ZIP, RAR, UC2, ARJ, etc.
