[I would have written this in private Email, but there seems to be
no usable EMail address].

Is there any chance you have a virus in your system? I ask because,
from this display, it seems as if the executable code of 'gcc.exe' had
become corrupted during execution. The text after 'program=' is
complete garbage, in fact it's part of the content of the 'DJGPP.ENV'
file, which is normally read during the startup phase of any
DJGPP-compiled program, like gcc.exe is.

Other things to check:

1) Does this happen even for 'gcc -v'

2) The place where you got that DJGPP installation from.

3) And, obviously: get an up-to-date virus scanner and be sure to run
it correctly (from a 'clean boot').

To the original poster: If neither of these helps, please contact me
personally. Over time, I've got quite good at detecting 'unknown'
viruses detected by crashes of DJGPP programs.
