Read the readme.1st file - it'll tell you what you need to do to complete
the installation. To compile a C program type the following:

gcc myfile.c -o myfile.exe

This is explained in the FAQ. If you want a user interface for it, download
RHIDE from the same place you downloaded DJGPP.
